Miscommunications can start in the Boardroom. Issues are felt not to be fully and openly debated. Opinions can be left unsaid. Family owned firms have difficulties sometime more than most. Frustration can lead to mistrust.
Chairing requires a skill, an intent to get others to give their views and an unbiased approach to issues that cross cultures, attitudes and personal interests.

We work with a range of different organisations, charities and executive teams to ensure quality of discussion, a fair expression of views and a shared outcome.

Our people do not accept any formal position in the client organisation. Our strength is that we have no beneficial interest or executive role – only in ensuring the right decisions are made.
